A judge ruled that Joe Francis fraudulently transferred $2 million to support his famous Mexican estate and can not profit from the resort until it is all paid back.
Francis allegedly transferred $2.1 million between 2011 and 2013 from Girls Gone Wild accounts to various people and entities in order to build and maintain the Casa Aramara property.
A judge granted a request by the trustee in Francis’ bankruptcy case to put all profits from his estate into a trust until the $2 million debt is repaid.
Francis was profiting off the estate, charging up to $35,000 for a one night stay, and keeping it from his creditors.
The resort, owned by the "Girls Gone Wild" founder, has become quite famous of over the years with frequent celebrity visitors like the Kardashian family, Jennifer Aniston and Ashton Kutcher.
