A very clever crook just swindled Britney's Spear's record label out of a ton of her unreleased music by posing as her manager.
According to docs obtained by TMZ, the suspect contacted RCA Records via email an impersonated Larry Rudolph, Brit's longtime manager. The impersonator asked for tracks that at the time were unreleased. The person created a fake email, firstname.lastname@example.org, which is not even Larry's actual email address.
RCA reps fell for the gag and uploaded a total of 49 digital files.
The case is still under investigation but they do have a main suspect. Sources say that he is a student at UCLA studying intellectual property law.
