A Florida woman was arrested after she was accused of forcing her husband to sign divorce papers at gunpoint.
Millanie Sherbrook, 45 year old Pensacola resident, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without the intent to kill.
According to sources, Sherbrook and her husband were arguing when he refused to sign the papers and said he would rather handle the divorce in court. Sherbrook then grabbed a Smith and Wesson .38-caliber handgun, pointed it at her husband and told him to sign the divorce papers.
Although the man gave into her demans, he claims she continued to follow him with the gun.
According to the report, the man told deputies he feared his wife because “she is a good shooter.”
Sherbrook was arrested and remains in the Escambia County Jail without bond.
