Evangeline Lilly has upset social media world with her comments about staying "business as usual" during the Coronavirus pandemic. Lilly is best known for her role in Ant-Man and Lost.
Lilly wrote on her Instagram post, "Just dropped my kids off at gymnastic camp. They all washed their hands before going in. They are playing and laughing."
It gets even more real ... The actress says she's living with her dad who has stage 4 leukemia. She says, "I am also immune compromised at the moment."
And then, there's this mantra ... "Some people value their lives over freedom, some people value freedom over their lives. We all make our choices."
âShe says the virus is really just a "respiratory flu" ... despite just about every doctor saying it's more serious than the flu.
She feels the government has taken too much control over our lives and it's getting too close to Martial Law for comfort.
Lori Harvey came dangerously close to being car jacked this weekend. Luckily, her quick thinking prevented something much worse from happening.
Lori, the daughter of Steve Harvey, had just parked her 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan at an apartment complex in Atlanta Wednesday night. As she made her way to the trunk to grab some things, the suspect crept up and ran to jump in the driver's seat.
According to the police report, Lori told cops the suspect was a young black guy who tried to steal her ride. We’re told Lori actually ran toward him and struggled with him as he was sitting in the SUV, but he pushed her away.
Lori told cops that's when she realized she could just walk away with the key fob to thwart the attempted auto theft (because it can't be put in drive without it). We’re told she simply walked away nonchalantly.
As she did, a second suspect pulled up in a getaway car, hopped out, ran to the back of her Rolls and grabbed a red duffel bag. Both he and the first suspect jumped in their vehicle and fled.
The duffel bag was filled with clothing, so they didn't get away with much. Harvey was coming from Whole Foods and investigators will be checking those cameras.
Unless you have been under a rock, you have heard that Beyonce and Jay Z were filmed sitting during the National Anthem and the Super Bowl. Many people have seen this as protest or disrespect, while Jay Z claims him and his wife were simply in work mode.
He said Beyonce told him she was thinking what Demi must have been going through in the seconds before starting the Anthem, because, as Jay put it, Beyonce's "performed at the Super Bowl before, and I haven't."
"We immediately jumped into artist mode." Jay added, "I'm really just looking at the show. The mics start. Was it too low to start?" He went on to make the point he was concerned about the audio and all aspects of the show for a very good reason.
Jay said there was no need for a "silent protest" -- as some speculated they were doing -- because we were "making the biggest loudest protest of all" by selecting such a diverse group of artists to perform at the game.
According to court records, Za'Darius Smith was pulled over on Sept. 29 -- just days after the Packers' loss to the Eagles -- in Racine, Wisc. after cops say he was going 21 MPH over the speed limit.
The records say when the officer pulled over Smith, who's car passengers included teammates Rashan Gary and Kingsley Keke, he smelled a strong odor of marijuana.
The records say after the officer searched the car and found three blunts and a vaping cartridge ... Smith took ownership of them, saying, "I'll put it on me."
Records show Smith was hit with citations -- NOT criminal charges -- for speeding and possessing marijuana ... and the Packers players were then allowed to leave.
Smith is due in court next week to deal with the matter.
Smith could now be subject to NFL discipline under the league's personal conduct policy.
"Supernatural" star Jared Padalecki allegedly assaulted two of his employees this past weekend.

It became physical between the assistant manager and Jared when Jared kept trying to go back into the bar, according to police.

The general manager separated the two and the assistant manager reentered the bar. Jared attempted to enter the bar again and put his hands on a doorman, according to police. The general manager pulled Jared off of the doorman and Jared fell to the ground.

Andy Dick got into an altercation with an Uber Eats employee on Wednesday. From the video, it is clear that Dick was on the losing end of the fight. In what appears to be a joke gone awry, Dick tried to take food from an Uber Eats delivery man before he walks away then returns. When he comes back things start to get hostile. Dick tried to hit the man before allegedly spitting on the employee's friend. That's when the employee grabs Dick and slams him on to the ground.
Dick lost the fight but is still a suspect in the crime. Sources tell TMZ the delivery driver filed charges on Dick immediately following the incident.
This continues Dick's beef with Uber. In April of 2018, an Uber driver claimed that Dick squeezed her butt when she walked past him on the sidewalk. He's been charged with sexual battery stemming from these allegations and will be arraigned in a Los Angeles court on Friday. If convicted, he faces up to 180 days in county jail.
The sex tape partner of Kevin Hart is suing the actor for $60 million, claiming their encounter was secretly recorded to gain publicity.
Montia Sabbag claims her infamous 2017 sexual encounter with Hart was conspired by him and his close friend, JT Jackson, to help promote his comedy tour.
The suit claims Hart allowed Jackson into the Cosmopolitan Hotel suite so he could set up hidden video recording devices to capture the liaison. Jackson was later charged with 2 counts of extortion relating to alleged efforts to get money out of Hart to keep the tape under wraps. Jackson denied ever extorting the comedian.
Hart has repeatedly denied having any knowledge of the recording. Hart claims he, too, was a victim of Jackson's extortion attempts. You'll recall Hart later apologized for his infidelity and was adamant nobody should profit off his mistake.
New emergency calls released by police capture the chaotic scene Sunday after comedian Kevin Hart’s vintage car careened off a Los Angeles road. The audio has caused some confusion about who was behind the wheel.
J.C Lee, the daughter of Spider-Man creator Stan Lee, is claiming neither Marvel nor Disney reached out to her after her father's death to pay their respects. The franchise has paid tribute to Stan Lee in a number of other ways, but J.C feels like they owed her father more.
J.C told TMZ, "When my father died, no one from Marvel or Disney reached out to me. From day one, they have commoditized my father’s work and never shown him or his legacy any respect or decency. In the end, no one could have treated my father worse than Marvel and Disney’s executives."
There have been many questions in regards to how much Marvel and Disney supported Stan Lee financially in the past. In 2005, Marvel settled a $10 million lawsuit after Lee claimed they failed to honor the agreement to pay him a share of the profits.
On the other hand, in the months leading up to Stan Lee’s passing in 2018, court documents surfaced as a result of his ongoing legal battles that revealed that the legendary comics scribe’s family life—especially regarding his daughter J.C.—was at times just as tumultuous as his professional career.
In addition to claims that J.C. verbally abused Lee toward the end of his life, court documents also alleged that Lee’s daughter also physically assaulted both of her parents on at least one occasion.
