According to court records, Za'Darius Smith was pulled over on Sept. 29 -- just days after the Packers' loss to the Eagles -- in Racine, Wisc. after cops say he was going 21 MPH over the speed limit.
The records say when the officer pulled over Smith, who's car passengers included teammates Rashan Gary and Kingsley Keke, he smelled a strong odor of marijuana.
The records say after the officer searched the car and found three blunts and a vaping cartridge ... Smith took ownership of them, saying, "I'll put it on me."
Records show Smith was hit with citations -- NOT criminal charges -- for speeding and possessing marijuana ... and the Packers players were then allowed to leave.
Smith is due in court next week to deal with the matter.
Smith could now be subject to NFL discipline under the league's personal conduct policy.

It became physical between the assistant manager and Jared when Jared kept trying to go back into the bar, according to police.

Andy Dick got into an altercation with an Uber Eats employee on Wednesday. From the video, it is clear that Dick was on the losing end of the fight. In what appears to be a joke gone awry, Dick tried to take food from an Uber Eats delivery man before he walks away then returns. When he comes back things start to get hostile. Dick tried to hit the man before allegedly spitting on the employee's friend. That's when the employee grabs Dick and slams him on to the ground.
Dick lost the fight but is still a suspect in the crime. Sources tell TMZ the delivery driver filed charges on Dick immediately following the incident.
This continues Dick's beef with Uber. In April of 2018, an Uber driver claimed that Dick squeezed her butt when she walked past him on the sidewalk. He's been charged with sexual battery stemming from these allegations and will be arraigned in a Los Angeles court on Friday. If convicted, he faces up to 180 days in county jail.
The sex tape partner of Kevin Hart is suing the actor for $60 million, claiming their encounter was secretly recorded to gain publicity.
Montia Sabbag claims her infamous 2017 sexual encounter with Hart was conspired by him and his close friend, JT Jackson, to help promote his comedy tour.
The suit claims Hart allowed Jackson into the Cosmopolitan Hotel suite so he could set up hidden video recording devices to capture the liaison. Jackson was later charged with 2 counts of extortion relating to alleged efforts to get money out of Hart to keep the tape under wraps. Jackson denied ever extorting the comedian.
Hart has repeatedly denied having any knowledge of the recording. Hart claims he, too, was a victim of Jackson's extortion attempts. You'll recall Hart later apologized for his infidelity and was adamant nobody should profit off his mistake.
New emergency calls released by police capture the chaotic scene Sunday after comedian Kevin Hart’s vintage car careened off a Los Angeles road. The audio has caused some confusion about who was behind the wheel.
J.C Lee, the daughter of Spider-Man creator Stan Lee, is claiming neither Marvel nor Disney reached out to her after her father's death to pay their respects. The franchise has paid tribute to Stan Lee in a number of other ways, but J.C feels like they owed her father more.
J.C told TMZ, "When my father died, no one from Marvel or Disney reached out to me. From day one, they have commoditized my father’s work and never shown him or his legacy any respect or decency. In the end, no one could have treated my father worse than Marvel and Disney’s executives."
There have been many questions in regards to how much Marvel and Disney supported Stan Lee financially in the past. In 2005, Marvel settled a $10 million lawsuit after Lee claimed they failed to honor the agreement to pay him a share of the profits.
On the other hand, in the months leading up to Stan Lee’s passing in 2018, court documents surfaced as a result of his ongoing legal battles that revealed that the legendary comics scribe’s family life—especially regarding his daughter J.C.—was at times just as tumultuous as his professional career.
In addition to claims that J.C. verbally abused Lee toward the end of his life, court documents also alleged that Lee’s daughter also physically assaulted both of her parents on at least one occasion.
A male model that worked on Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" music video is claiming she exposed his penis in front of a large group at a party.
Josh Kloss, who appeared in the video with the singer, wrote on Instagram that Perry, now 34, was cold to him when others were around but warm and friendly when they were alone. He also said she invited him to a strip club, but he turned it down.
âKloss claims he and Perry ran into each other several times after her divorce from Russell Brand, and that's when she allegedly committed sexual misconduct.
"This one time I brought a friend who was dying to meet her," Kloss recalled. "It was Johny Wujekâs birthday party at Moonlight Rollerway. And when I saw her, we hugged and she was still my crush. But as I turned to introduce my friend, she pulled my Adidas sweats and underwear out as far as she could to show a couple of her guy friends and the crowd around us my penis."
"Can you imagine how pathetic and embarrassed I felt? I just say this now because our culture is set on proving men of power are perverse. But females with power are just as disgusting," he wrote.
Kloss claims he made a total of $650 from his work in the video, even though it appeared on her tour and DVD.
â"I was lorded over by her reps, about not discussing a single thing about anything regarding Katy publicly. And a couple interviews they edited and answered for me," he alleged. "So, happy anniversary to one of the most confusing, assaulting, and belittling jobs Iâve ever done. Yay #teenagedream. I was actually gonna play the song and sing it on ukelele for the anniversary, but then as I was tuning I thought, fâk this, Iâm not helping her bs image another second."
âIn a post on Monday, he published what he claimed was a screenshot of communications between himself and Perry's team about an interview, writing, "I was supposed to minimize myself and stay PC to protect her 'image.' I listened and was a good boy. The fear sticks with you when you are censored to protect someone elseâs image. But in return treated like a prostitute and exposed in front of a group of her friends and other random people. Then you are shocked and you block it out because you watch the face of children being uplifted by positive music she sang. And your mind is stuck trying to do your job and protect her bs image or be honest and help the global dialogue about power and abuse."

The unnamed sources also claim the attacker used a rock to knock out the bodyguard, but the footage doesn’t clearly show any object in the attacker’s hand.
