Pink Taco founder and son of Hard Rock Cafe founder, Harry Morton, died after major blocked arteries caused a heart attack this month.
The family's spokesperson says the L.A. County Coroner found the 38-year-old restaurateur was suffering from coronary artery disease and also had a "mildly enlarged heart."
The family says another doctor confirmed for them that Harry had calcification in 3 of his main arteries, which lead to the heart attack.
Harry Morton was also the ex-boyfriend of actress Lindsay Lohan.
The viral rescue puppy that was born with a tail on his head is going to be staying at the shelter for a little while. The shelter is growing worried that people applying have bad intentions for the pup.
Narwhal is "a perfectly healthy puppy, with an extra tail on his face" who was rescued by Mac's Mission Animal Rescue in Jackson, Missouri.
After the shelter received hundreds of applications for the dog, the founder postponed the adoption for at least two months. She stated it was highly unusual to get one application for a "special" dog, let alone hundreds.
Rochelle says they've never had a dog like Narwhal, so they want to keep him and let him get bigger while they monitor the tail and make sure there are no negative health effects. If all's well in 2 months, they will put him back up for adoption, but she says they'll likely add a few questions to narrow down prospective candidates.
Kanye dropped bombshell after bombshell Thursday in NYC, where he spoke at the Fast Company Innovation Festival. He is running for president in 2024.
He went on to make the point that by 2024, Yeezy brand "will have created so many jobs, I'm not gonna run [for President], I'll walk." There was an uncomfortable silence following that, and he went on to say celebrities are terrified to speak their minds, including himself.
Ye also complained about Forbes' reluctance to label him a billionaire and announced he'll change his name to "Christian Genius Billionaire Kanye West" ... just to stick it to the outlet.
If that wasn't enough ... he theorized Martin Luther King Jr. wasn't assassinated because he had a dream, but because he wanted to talk about economic empowerment in the black community -- and added, "The reason why I say these things out loud in this way is so I won't be killed."
A Florida man was arrested this week for allegedly leaving his 5 year old daughter alone and scared in a haunted house for 2 hours.
Charles Jones, 35, was at a haunted house in Merritt Island when he abandoned the little girl. Someone inside the house found the scared child and watched her for an hour while searching for a parent.
The man is accused of leaving the child alone for more than two hours. Jones, authorities alleged, left the child unattended "with no reasonable effort to provide care for her" and without intending to pick her up.
Jones eventually turned himself in to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office. Jones was charged with child neglect and was booked on a $3,000 bond.
According to court records, Za'Darius Smith was pulled over on Sept. 29 -- just days after the Packers' loss to the Eagles -- in Racine, Wisc. after cops say he was going 21 MPH over the speed limit.
The records say when the officer pulled over Smith, who's car passengers included teammates Rashan Gary and Kingsley Keke, he smelled a strong odor of marijuana.
The records say after the officer searched the car and found three blunts and a vaping cartridge ... Smith took ownership of them, saying, "I'll put it on me."
Records show Smith was hit with citations -- NOT criminal charges -- for speeding and possessing marijuana ... and the Packers players were then allowed to leave.
Smith is due in court next week to deal with the matter.
Smith could now be subject to NFL discipline under the league's personal conduct policy.
